#2 - Professional Videos

Similar to Professional Photos, Videos can tell a story about your home. Many times, especially in our area, we have people moving for jobs relocation, transfers, and often times are not able to view the property first hand. Videos can help them better understand the layout (I.e. exactly where the laundry room door is compared to the dining room or whatever their question may be!).

 

#3 - Staging Consultation

If you are still actively living in your home, we can offer a Professional Staging Consult in which professional home stagers can come in and show the best use of space for your home. When you list your home for sale, it is important to remember to be objective in showing the space. Everyone needs and uses space differently in home. A professional home stager can help declutter and make a certain space(s) more attractive to a family. If your home is vacant, we partner with a top notch stager in our area to help showcase your home and all its beauty!

#4 - Single Property Website

We will build a website exclusively for your property that goes hand in hand with our online presence and ad’s that we will be promoting for your property. Prospective buyer’s can come to this website to learn more information, see photos, and even schedule a tour for your property. 

 

#5 - Social Media / Ads Partnering with

We will use the single property website to help your home gain maximum amount of exposure for your market area. We can also set up targeted ads through Facebook, Google, and other Online Sources to help attract buyers to your home. For instance, if you own a beach house, we could run an ad targeting Northern Snow Birds who may be looking for a seasonal beach house!
